RETAINER The firm's fees for legal services
are billed based on the actual time incurred to perform the legal work at the
established hourly rates. These rates vary depending upon the professional
performing the particular task and are based upon the experience and
expertise of the individual. Work on particular matters is
co-ordinated among the billing professionals to maximise efficiency and
minimise cost. AG&A prides itself on cost effective
dispute resolution and shall endeavour to assist in resolving the matter
successfully at the earliest possible moment. The firm's current rates are to
