The third edition of the AG&A edited “Law 2190/1920 re. Companies Limited by Shares” has gone to print. The third edition was mainly due because of the addition of Chapter 15 regarding the International Accounting Standards in law 2190/1920, which addition rendered the revision of this book necessary. The work now codifies all relative provisions, as they are in effect today, while the book will be kept up-to-date with any further modifications by the legislature by means of ongoing future publications.
