The fourth edition of the AG&A edited “Company Limited by Shares & Company with Limited Liability” has gone to print. The fourth edition was mainly due because of the recent amendments effected by virtue of law 3460/2006 regarding the evaluation of financial instruments in the companies’ accounts. Another modification to law 2190/1920 was effected by the implementation of EC Directive 2003/51/EC into national law. All the above have once again rendered the revision of this book necessary. The work now codifies all relative provisions, as they are in effect today, while the book will be kept up-to-date with any further modifications by the legislature by means of ongoing future publications. Further the book now encompasses also codified law 3190/1955 re. Companies with Limited Liability.
